Important information for Erasmus students – summer traineeship 2023!
Dear students, just to remind your some important rules, concerning your summer traineeship in the framework of Erasmus+ Program:
1. Please keep your plane/bus/train tickets and boarding pass (go and back!) to be presented to the University Erasmus Office after you come back
2.All studenta (driver and accompanying persons!!!) using cars – keep a copy of receipt from gas/petrol station (go and return).
3.To the end of your traineeshhip the university or private veterinary clinics must pepare 2 important documents (signed and stamp!) to be presented to me after your coming back:
– Learning agreement – After the mobility containing detailed information about all your activities and acquired skills during traineeship
– Certificate, needed to certify the period and place of your mobility.
Please, note that the dates in these documents must the same as in already signed Learning agreement – Before the mobility!!!!
I attach here some models of these documents, but please do not make direct copy-past! You must describe your specific activities in your clinics and these activities must be as in your plans in Before the mobilty section, at least! More activities are better!
4.In addition, you must have a daybook, containing all your daily activities – patients, diagnostic methods – physical, biochemical, hematology, diagnostic imaging, treatment procedure, vaccination, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, infection and parasitic diseases etc.

6. Please read carefully the special requirements and needed documents published on the web of Veterinary Faculty for 3-rd, 4-th and 5-th year students, respectively!
7. In addition – Erasmus students must present Reference Letter from the mentor/clinic with detailed evaluation of the skills and competencies of the trainee during the practice. Have a nice Summer!
In September please come firstly to my office (699-1, section Animal Physiology) in order to check your after mobility documents!
For 3-rd year students: I will recognize your traineeship; the defense of traineeship of 4-th and 5-th year students will be in special commissions.
