On 3rd June and 4th June 2022 Trakia University – Stara Zagora is hosting an event about the transition to green energy, organised with the Fuel Cells and Hydrogen Joint Undertaking (FCH JU) within the Horizon Europe programme.

Popular Science Conference "Sustainable Solutions for Green Energy Transformation"
June 3, 2022, Cultural Center, Stara Zagora.
Organiser: Trakia University in cooperation with the Municipality of Stara Zagora.
The preliminary program of the conference includes reports, scientific announcements, presentations and posters, presented and available to the general and scientific audience, which are dedicated to topics related to renewable energy sources, climate change management and more.
The aim of the conference is to publicly present the challenges, the latest achievements in this field of science and innovation and the opportunities they offer for the green transition of the Municipality of Stara Zagora.
Participation in the conference can be in-person or online.
Working languages: Bulgarian and English.

The event is initiated by the Clean Hydrogen Joint Undertaking within the Horizon Europe programme with the attendance of Ms. Maria Gabriel – EU Commissioner for Innovation, Research, Culture, Education and Youth in cooperation with Trakia University and the Municipality of Stara Zagora.

– Presentation of posters, screenings of educational videos and films, as well as many other demonstrations introducing the world of hydrogen to the general public.
